FAVA BEANS CREAM WITH PECORINO CHEESE AND PINE NUTS


INGREDIENTS FOR 5 PEOPLE: 500 gr of Peeled Fava Beans 2 cloves of garlic 150 grams of Medium Hard Pecorino Cheese 15 grams of Pine Nuts Extra virgin olive oil olio sanmichele3 ESSENTIAL INGREDIENTS: Peeled Fava Beans of Fratte Rosa of I Lubachi Extra Virgin Olive Oil of San Michele Arcangelo Medium Hard Pecorino Cheese of Di Pietrantonio Optional: Bread Croutons PREPARATION: Soak fava beans in cold water for 12 hours.
